Classes

Welcome to The Dojo, where the traditional martial arts meet the modern art of MMA. Our dojo is a space for individuals of all ages and skill levels to come together and embark on a journey of physical and mental empowerment. Discover the world of martial arts with us.

Learn the foundation, tested in the cage and on the street. In 6 months or less, develop the skills and techniques needed for most self defense situations, approaching the level of an amateur MMA fighter. 

Tues/ Thurs: 6-6:45pm

Kickboxing Practice

This is where the magic happens. Building on the foundations of the Art of MMA, explore everything from Lethwei, to Kali, to Silat and more. Drawing from ancient arts around the world, hone your mental & physical abilities.

Mon/ Wed: 8-9:30pm

A blend of Indonesian, Tibetan, and Indian arts that come together to form a unique practice. Through a combination of breath work, meditation, static and flowing postures, you will learn drills for conditioning, balance and more.

Wed: 7-7:45pm
Sun: 11:15am-12pm

Yoga Pose
Boxing Session

A fun, high energy workout based on martial arts conditioning without ever getting hit. If you are working to get toned, strong, and fit, this is a workout you'll want to hit!

The Dojo has one of the most streamlined and innovative kids programs that you can find anywhere. We have combined our self-defense program and a modernized martial arts core curriculum into an incredible platform for your children to learn and grow from. Their confidence and self-esteem will skyrocket, and you will notice a difference within a month.

Every 3-Day Self Defense registration includes a free month of training in our Intro/Intermediate level class. This allows our students time to hone the skills they learn throughout this course. Knowledge is power, and this extra hands on training ensures that students really get the hang of not just what to do…but how to really do it.

When we walk into thhe dojo, we let the rest of the day, our stresses, our egos fade away. Dedicating time to focus on you, the most important asset you have. Hone your mind and body while learning invaluable skills - ones that apply both on and off the mats.
